We stand by the quality of our installation. If a workmanship-related issue arises at any time during the life of your system while you own your home, we’ll correct it at no cost to you. This guarantee applies to the original homeowner and covers installation-related defects — not manufacturer parts or issues (see our No Lemon Guarantee) arising from neglect, misuse, or unauthorized modifications. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

We understand that not every heating and cooling system is flawless from day one. That’s why Bob Boldt HVAC offers our exclusive No Lemon Guarantee. If the compressor in your air conditioner or the heat exchanger in your furnace fails due to a manufacturing defect within the first 5 years of service, we’ll replace the unit with new equipment of the same or comparable model — at no cost for the equipment. This guarantee is valid for systems installed by Bob Boldt HVAC, properly registered within 30 days, and maintained according to manufacturer and Bob Boldt HVAC's service guidelines. Coverage applies to manufacturer defects only. Labor and permit costs may apply.

At Bob Boldt HVAC, our technicians treat your home and property with the same care we’d expect in our own home. That includes your landscaping/lawn, driveway, your home's interior and exterior, as well as your furniture. If we accidentally cause verifiable damage during our visit, we will promptly restore or replace the item to its prior condition or to a comparable item. This guarantee excludes pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage resulting from necessary access. All concerns must be reported within 48 hours of the completed service.

At Bob Boldt HVAC, we take full responsibility for properly sizing and installing your HVAC equipment. If the system we install does not adequately heat or cool your home within 12 months of installation — and after following local code and design criteria determined by your city, undergoing all reasonable diagnostics and adjustments by Bob Boldt HVAC's licensed technicians — we will replace it at no cost to you. This guarantee applies only if the original structure and layout of your home remain unchanged, and excludes performance issues caused by modifications, restricted airflow, loss of shade or unusual usage patterns. Your comfort is our priority, and we stand behind our recommendations 100%.

The price we quote is the price you pay — no hidden fees, no unexpected add-ons. Even if the job ends up taking more time or labor than expected, we’ll honor our original quote. This guarantee applies to the original scope of work agreed upon before the job begins. If additional issues are discovered during service (such as code violations, hidden damage, or unsafe conditions), we’ll inform you immediately and discuss all options and costs before proceeding — so you stay in control.
